PGX 10.0.1 (Beta)

Team, the following changes have been made:

  • Added Traktarr (no more pgtrakt cmd, use commands default for traktarr)
  • Fixed Some Visual Output
  • Fixed App Deployment Glitch (if you exited, you had to run pgalpha to run apps again). With 10.0.1, no longer an issue.
  • Front Menu now displays version update when using pgupdate for 10.0.1+

NOTE: If the updater doesn’t show 10.0.1 when running pgupdate, rerun the installer from the mainpage; changes were made. It should work, but just incase.
Type PGUpdate and you’ll see 10.0.1
Traktarr for PG Interface

NOTE: More options have been added and deployment and configuration is much simpler than in PG8. Extra configs will later be added to set additional parameters. Updating the json file is useless because your settings will always overwrite.

Congrats! This is huge. Obviously it's beta so there might be potential bugs but other than that are all features now implemented?

Also I read that the paths are pretty different now. Would it make sense for me to fresh install this rather than upgrade from pg8.x? If it is possible to upgrade from pg8, what manual things do I need to do after update? I assume radarr, sonarr and Plex won't auto update their databases to use the new paths.

Thanks for all your hard work in getting this out the door. Awesome system and clearly lots of hard work has gone into it.

10.0.1c <<< now shows up in pgupdate.

Due to the new installer (and not using mass), claim was left out of the process. Actually this works better because now you claim the server and redeploy plex without being bugged over and over again for a token number.

Cyborg, stuff is still in beta but getting other stuff in while getting feedback. The new code is allowing for better execution, far less ansible and a better degree of variability.

The remote paths are in the wiki and new paths are /pg/unity for the merger of all drives.

gdrive = /pg/gd
gdrive crypt = /pg/gc
Share Drive = /pg/what-ever-you-name-it
Share Crypt = /pg/what-ever-you-name-itc (the c is added)

Yes, your better off with a new install. Why? new plex scans, less mess, new paths, and etc. It's recommend to test before blowing away your server. Plus Radarr3 and Sonarr3's import make it less painful for mass import.

Is there any performance boosts upgraded or is 8.7.5 good for a cupple of months yet p
best way to put is stay on 8.7.5 until u think u need to change over for a reason. Technically the uploader no longer has the permission issues for uploading.

If not using torrents and not using encrypted to upload, give it a go. Since I have the update system in place now, U can move across future or prior versions released now.

By using encrypted to upload do you mean having an encrypted team drive, as shared drive as I believe it is called now?
