With the inclusion of Lazy Librarian (which I haven't really delved into), wouldn't it be a natural progression to include Calibre?

Calibre has a web/content server built in and Lazy Librarian seems to work with it too.

Does anyone have a setup that uses Calibre already? I would be interested in a tutorial to get it and LL integrated on my VPS.

Can, if you wanna push it :D I'm working on some crazy bug fixing. Shouldn't be a hard role to add. If you drop by the discord, members will assist. I personally don't use the program, so harder when not using but always a great idea :D

As of a year or so ago Calibre can't be run in docker for some reason, I've tried and done it successfully with the older containers out there but there are no updates or ongoing support.

I've mirrored my Calibre DB file to gdrive and been able to use that with the calibre web server ( https://github.com/janeczku/calibre-web) which I vastly prefer to ubooquity but it's a pain in the arse to maintain and I kept breaking it somehow.

Installing Calibre on the server directly works but it's a bit flakey with a database on gdrive. I haven't yet tried to get it working with database in persistent storage and books on gdrive and don't know if it's possible. Will try to do some research in the next few weeks, got sidetracked from this project a few months ago but I'd really like to work it out.

Is a Calibre with GUI plus the Calibre webserver two-in-one but I think it needs to use ports that conflict with some current plexguide services.

@barryclamsworth - do you have a guide or wiki to get calibre and calibre-web up and running. I'm having a nightmare with my setup. For example, how did you overcome calibre-web's requirement for client_secret.json for GDrive access? No matter where I put the file, it won't pick it up and there's very little github guidance for calibre-web in docker...
