I'm getting the error that Traefik can not pass the portainer check, even though i'm currently looking at portainer trough it's subdomain as we speak.
I set Plex as my top level domain app, which I can access trough the base url, as well as the plex subdomain. Nothing else works as I can't pass the check..
I have made sure that my cloudflare settings are correct:

As well as all the other settings.
This happened after I had to deploy traefik on a new domain as I had exhausted my weekly SSL certificates on another domain.

Tried turning off portguard and re-ran traefik. Same thing, except now all the subdomains work...

It’s better to build your subdomains on cloud flare first of all the apps you want. Then deploy Traefik and then port shield. I learned this yesterday and caused the let’s encrypt to reach its weekly limit. So instead of waiting for the weekly reset, I just bought a new domain and redid all of this. I made sure I created all my subdomains and setup cloud flare before I deployed traefik. So far it is working. I am just working on my next problem which encrypted t drive related but that is gonna be another thread.

That's what I did. Bought a new domain, made all the subdomains on CF itself, then ran it. Didn't work.

Hey, I fixed this by changing ssl from strict to full. Took me 7 hours to figure out but oh well.

In my experience, having your subdomains proxied on cloudflare will cause the letsencrypt and traefik verifications to fail. I always turn on the proxy settings after verifications.

Honestly I just gave up on this and moved to PlexGuide, which actually just works as it's supposed to.
