Hey guys,
I'm not sure if this is related to Docker or Radarr, but essentially the /var/lib/docker/overla2/*********/diff and /var/lib/docker/overla2/*********/merge folders contain alot of movie files. I have to constantly clear these folders out to regain space to continue to download shows/movies. Is there some setting I have to change, why does this continually fill up?

Code:
ncdu 1.11 ~ Use the arrow keys to navigate, press ? for help
--- /var/lib/docker/overlay2/597432df925efb0b527f3733757099980f2fa679e923dfde69ec7f932b6483b4/diff/opt/radarr ------------------------------------------------

Where are your movies set to download to within radarr?
Check the overall location and the specific location of one of those above files.

I'm not sure what you mean. Radarr doesn't download anything. Radarr searches the indexers, and then sends the nzb over to NZBGet. NZBGet then downloads the file and stores it in /mnt/nzbget/completed. From here Radarr is supposed to monitor NZBGet via API, and then move the file from /mnt/nzbget/completed >> /mnt/move/my/folder/structure. So I'm not really sure what you are asking.

I just listed the actual location of those files on my server. That was the code block listed in the post.
Thanks

Sorry, I was meant to use the word import not download.

Your path in radarr to import the files is wrong, it should be /unionfs/movies.
/mnt is not mapped within the container, hence why the files are downloading to a random docker related location.

Ok, thanks that makes alotta sense. I did look through it, and I'm not seeing any settings is Radarr to change the import path. I was looking through the movies I imported and they are all using the correct paths it looks like. Nothing is using /mnt/* they are all using their respective folder mappings. I'm not sure where the connection is botched, or what is going on. Any other ideas?

So this issue is still persisting, and is happening on a new server I set up recently. Any ideas? It's something to do with the overlay2 folder.

When you next see a movie appear in that weird folder can you go to it in radarr and send a screenshot of its info, i.e where its set to save it to/where it sees its saved to.

Alright here are the images of the affected files. Not sure why they are getting dumped into those folders at all.

Also a picture of Radarr's System Page.

Yeah those file paths are all extremely wrong, you should be saving files to /unionfs/movies/moviename
You should use the movie editor feature in radarr to change the root folder path to the correct one as above, and then when adding new movies ensure you're adding them to that same path and they haven't been left on /opt or /run

Ya, I'm not really sure why they are importing into that directory tho. They are supposed to be pulling from the nzbget/completed directory I do believe. When I imported all of my movies from GDrive I used /unionfs/VILE-SERVER/Movies/ so I'm really confused why it keeps dumping them into those two other directories in the screenshots. It's really weird. Is there something I have misconfigured? This has gotten extremely frustrating to deal with. It's why I moved my Managers over to a completely different server.

Well the fact they're ending up in a weird directory means they're pulling nzbget fine.
It's most likely something thats been misconfigured but i have seen radarr set weird paths by itself for movies when the original path no longer exists.

But yeah, change all the currently existing movie root folder paths using the movie manager in radarr, then add a random movie manually and set the root folder path as the correct on there too so that any future movies to default to /unionfs

Here are some logs from Radarr as well. I'm not really sure what I could have fucked up on the configuration.

**EDIT**

I think I fixed it! It looks like it was an issue with the lists and where they import to. I had literally checked everything but those. I feel like a dumbass lol. o_O
