I was wondering who uses Gdrive (unencrypted). I was just wondering if I need to worry about encryption. I've tried the encrypted version but was wondering about the unencrypted.

"Worry"?...probably not.
it is a useful feature for many to have the added protection of the files in your g or t drive being encrypted so googles botskriptz cannot see what you have stored.
I have never used it but others never use un-encrypted.
horses for courses.
been running cloud servers for 6 plus months now with only an occasional api lockdown (due to my overdoing the 750gb daily up/down limit) without any problems.
really though, why not? if it helps you worry less.

I have 40TB encrypted stuff in GDrive. It works very well with the Apps and Plex and nobody can see what I store on my GDrive.

you have to redownload it and do it again! just be aware that you can only use pgmove with encryption for now; not blitz.
