Can't confirm as I have taken "better safe than sorry approach" for now. Too many hit and runs in recent days to risk it.

That's my thought exactly. I have an HNR (hit&run) warning for over 50 torrents, which is why I tried to test the change first.

Guys, any update on this? The latest version has torrents cleanup excluded, it works?

I just setup the cleaner to 99999. Manage the torrents manually.
clean total qbit folder sudo rm -rf -v /mnt/downloads/qbittorrent/*
or
could make a cron for rm -rf /mnt/downloads/nzbget/*
you get the picture
