When you have a IO limited data storage (as we are here with plexguide) , the few the scans on your plex server, the better... And for that many use the incredible script from l3uddz, but when you do that, it may cause some problems, because you are scanning on sonarr/radarr completion/rename and never again, because you disabled plex auto library scan to save the IO.

Well, as there isn't the same webhook config in sonarr/radarr here in bazarr, you might have been updating the metadata on your plex server per request... But you can use a simple command on your post processing script to trigger the scan from plex_autoscan.

curl -d "eventType=Manual&filepath={{directory}}" http://plexautoscan:3468/0c1fa3c9867e48b1bb3aa055cb86

And that's it, all subtitles are now showing after the plex_autoscan is triggered.
Hope to have helped someone!

I'm probably going to hate myself for asking this, but do we need to specify directories in this script, and which one if we do?

No, the "{{directory}}" tag is bazarr's way to send the directory variable... You only need to change the key for the plex autoscan web page

So we have to adjust the config file for plexautoscan for this to work correct?

No just edit the URL above with your plexautoscan and on bazarr under subtitles settings, section for post processing. Paste in the line.
