Is there a way to limit the speed of a docker container like Plex? I got a few plex containers in my server, however I wanted to know how to limit the speed of each container so its fair to all plex users.

No possible, since I dont have access to the other plex servers. Since I have a scenario that where there are user who have their plex servers hosted on my dedi.

You could try altering the bridge, i'm not sure if you need a user-defined one or if plex already has one. Maybe this page will help you

Also here is their guide to helping you see whats happening in your build
