Hi guys, I've recently switched servers and now I am using Google Cloud Engine instance. Basically it is the same server as I've been using before, just switched accounts as I ran out of free credits.

I'm using Plexguide with Gdrive library and Sonarr/Radarr + Nzbget, NzbHydra2 and Deluge.

Sonarr and Radarr can't fetch nzbs and add them to Nzbget any more, I always get the following error.

Message
Request Failed. POST /api/release: Failed to add nzb Terrace.House.Opening.New.Doors.S01E02.1080p.WEB.x264.1-DEViATE.nzb

Yeah I did, it doesn't help. Does it have something to do with backuping v.7.5.4 and restoring that backup onto v.7.5.13?

Maybe I should re-deploy Sonarr and Radarr but I'm not sure how to do it and keep my settings/databases.

C:\BuildAgent\work\5d7581516c0ee5b3\src\NzbDrone.Core\Download\Clients\Nzbget\Nzbget.cs:51

this is the part which stands out to me...it is looking at some windows folder infrastructure and I am running Ubuntu server?

Pardon my ignorance :)

These are NZBget errors, maybe they can be useful

Looks like NZBget can't create incoming directories, probably permissions issue. As I am not a master, could someone point me how to check and repair?

so this is on a new install, you have this right? see the permissions are 1000:1000 including the pathpicnzbget.PNG

ok i figured the issue. most of it was set, but the config files were not dropping outside the container. patched and released 7.6.8. this may required you to uninstall nzbget and reinstall; i would recommend to do a docker restart sonarr and whatever else after talking to nzbget.

Thanks for the quick reaction but unfortunately problem still persists.

I updated PG, removed and reinstalled NZBget, pulled my old server backup, restarted sonarr container and I am still getting the same error.

Edit:
I see the problem, wrong ownership of subfolders in download folder

try not to use your old backup; just do a fresh. if you look here, i have a posted photo of the end state. permissons are based of 1000:1000 which looks fine to me above.

Hi @Admin9705, its me again :)

New install and same problems. Google cloud engine edition with nvme drive. Didn't pull nzbget from backup, just installed it. Pulled Sonarr and Radarr from backup though.

Was this ever resolved? I'm having issues with GCE

Unable to communicate with nzbget. Unable to connect to NzbGet. Error: ConnectFailure (Connection refused): 'http://nzbget:6789/jsonrpc'

Sonarr and Radarr giving this error message and not moving files so all are stuck in downloads folder.
I have:
- reinstalled nzbget from scratch
- reinstalled from backup
- checked firewall
- checked drive mappings

Anything else that you did to get yours working in the end?
