I’ve recently moved over to a new server and restored previous saved library data using PG Vault.

I experienced issues using PlexAPI with Adamgot’s python-plexlibrary and authentication with the server and I found that the libraries had more than one plex token associated with the items in the library meaning that Plex API wouldn’t connect

So I attempted to consolidate these tokens by signing out of all devices and generating a new token across all libraries (https://support.plex.tv/articles/204059436-finding-an-authentication-token-x-plex-token/).

I then got booted out and my plex server gives me a 502 error. I have reinstalled plex docker, and redos loaded from backup/PGVault butstill get this same error.
If I got to plex via IP:pORT is get passed to plex auth and get an empty page saying that no servers exist.

There must be a user cache somewhere or something that I need to delete that will allow me to installl plex from scratch again.
N.B. I have purged Cloudflare.

Any insights or suggestions greatly welcome!

What happens when you go to plex.yourdomain.com?

Try this first, go to plex ip/port. Under the logon option there should be an almost hidden link , I don't recall what it's called but if you click it, it skips plex auth. See if that works and/or let's you through.

Try going to portainer, open plex, click duplicate/edit. Under env, you should have a claim_token field, go to plex.tv/claim and copy that code into the value of this field.

Click deploy. See if any of these do anything.

Also when you redeployed, you chose remote install, not local, correct?

In portainer, open plex, click dupe/edit, go-to labels, if you have a traefik protocol label with a value of https try changing it to http and deploy. See if you can get to it then.

My mistake, this is for pgui, I did do that with pgui and no Traefik uses http on the right side not https.
