I just started having an issue today where Radarr will download a movie but once it completes it will stay in the completed downloads folder instead of getting moved to the /mnt/move folder. I just tried to manually import it and that was successful and it moved the movie to the /mnt/move folder. Sonarr still works like it should and moves the files to the /mnt/move folder for upload.

Any ideas on where to look to see why Radarr isn't working as intended? Everything I can find shows that it is set up correctly. Thanks!

I just tried downloading another movie and watched what happened so far. My download directory is /mnt/downloads/nzbget/movies. Once the file was downloaded it got moved to /mnt/downloads/movies and was renamed. The issue is the file is not being moved from /mnt/downloads/movies to the /mnt/move directory. Any help is really appreciated!

First off super new to linux/nas/sysnology but I was having the same issue. Everything was fine importing from a docker setup but other issues made me use a community install, which ended up working for everything else but importing bulk files from a folder (which again was working prior). I did get it work and I do not know if it was coincidence, dumb luck or if it will give me issues down the road. There was a #recycle folder in my directory and looking at the logs it was the first one and it was denied. Once I deleted that folder and tried bulk import everything worked again. Thought I would pass it along.
