Thank you! I however get the following error "Import failed, path does not exist or is not accessible by Radarr: /output/incomplete"
Same message here. Everything works fine up to that point.

Great work. I love this for seeding from home.

Hi all!

Update: Sorry I was a long for several weeks! I had just way to much to deal with on RL.

I merged all open Pull requests on the repo, the dockers are rebuilding with a lot of fixes. I will check the last few posts tomorrow and try to answer them all!

Cheers

Thats true. This build is specifically built for pgblitz and it's mechanics. You can only access it through a reverse proxy. In this case it's traefik which handles the requests.

Alright,

A new build is available. The downloads can now be deleted. But it's just a hotfix. I will include another script to clean up the directory properly.

Currently the main download folder of a file will not be deleted, just all subfiles/folders.

Stay tuned.

I use an old laptop for my host and wanted to close the lid and turn the screen off without sleeping the machine itself and that was working until I noticed that the laptop went to sleep right when your container finished installing.

I employed this solution to edit the host's /etc/systemd/logind.conf
https://askubuntu.com/questions/141866/keep-ubuntu-server-running-on-a-laptop-with-the-lid-closed

I haven't done anything with docker besides pgblitz, but I noticed your container has vi and was able to do the same thing to its /etc/systemd/logind.conf and that fixed it.

Thought I'd toss it into this thread in case somewhere down the line you're trying to slim things down or anyone else has a similar situation.

Having the same issue with Sonarr, everything works up until the point where Sonarr tries to grab from /output/incomplete.

Tried mapping the volume to a bind directly to the /mnt/incomplete to make sure the files were actually being grabbed. Issue is at that point it duplicates the files in subfolders and doesn't actually do the proper handling.

Once the finished grab handling gets fixed this container looks like it will be my go to. VPN works perfect, and there are some cool features that the other options don't have.

Cheers

Ok so this is the problem and everyone will need to reinstall the app to fix but....

/output/incomplete is the issue, that's a bad path and Sonarr/Radarr doesn't have that path, it's not exposed to those apps. Additionally even if you were to expose that path so Arr can see it, it won't import efficently, it will copy it (technical reasons I shared many times and put in the pgclone wiki.

That is why it's super important for the download path to be /mnt/downloads/{downloader}

I went through and corrected the offended community apps that had these 'bad' mappings and removed them. You need to reinstall and change the config to point to /mnt/downloads/rflood-vpn

Is there a possibility to "share" the vpn to other containers? If yes how could i make that?
The openvpn-howto describes to share the vpn with other containers but i dont know how to change the configs of the clientcontainers with "depends on...." and "network mode....".
Would be great if someone could explain me how to do this

This is kinda working for me. I made the following changes to /opt/appdata/rflood-vpn/rtorrent/rtorrent.rc

method.insert = cfg.download, private|const|string, (cat,"/mnt/incomplete/rflood-vpn")

# Move on finished
# if no tag is set - downloads will be moved to /mnt/downloads/rflood-vpn/unsorted
method.insert = d.get_finished_dir,simple,\
"if=(d.get_custom1),\
(cat, /mnt/downloads/rflood-vpn/, (d.get_custom1), /),\
(cat, /mnt/downloads/rflood-vpn/unsorted)"
method.set_key = event.download.finished,move_complete,"d.stop=;execute=mkdir,-p,$d.get_finished_dir=;execute=cp,-r,$d.get_base_path=,$d.get_finished_dir=;d.start=;d.hash"

Working: VPN, sonarr connection, completed downloads get picked up by sonarr and eventually uploaded.

Hey Everyone!

All of this guidance & documentation has been extremely helpful! Yesterday I could not for the life of me get anything to download on my dedicated Hetnzer. Figured it was related to a port issues or restriction from Hetzner. Today using the rflood-vpn I was able to get things downloading but for the life of me I cannot understand what occurs after that.

I know this has already been sorta addressed, but I have had no luckk. One thing that I cannot wrap my head around is the "output/incomplete" path. This is where the files are supposed to originally download correct? Because when something is being downloaded I see nothing under /opt/appdata or /mnt/incomplete....

If I understand the path is just like NZBs where it is a mediator before moving to /mnt/downloads then eventually /mnt/move for upload. What must I do??? Tried changing the torrent file location to /mnt/downloads/rflood-vpn and it seemed like things were going to work correctly, but then the file never got uploaded.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

what is this supposed to do?

up /usr/bin/up.sh
down /usr/bin/down.sh

There are no files in this location

I found the script here : /var/lib/docker/overlay2/ddd90758cec88f1760cd9cb8dbb7b7bb62361a566273ab1cf207494029f16918/diff/usr/bin/down.sh
