RuTorrent is a web frontend for the very stable and powerful rtorrent cli torrent downloader. Designed to emulate the look and feel of µTorrent WebUI so its appearance is quite similar to the “parent”. The name “RuTorrent” is the combination of µTorrent and rtorrent. When it comes to linux and torrents rTorrent is unbeaten and allowed on every tracker whether it is open or closed.

NOTE: Starting with v8.1, plexguide will autoconfigure the paths, categories, and some essential settings by default.
If you are using private trackers you will need to do the following to prevent getting banned:
sudo nano /opt/appdata/rutorrent/rtorrent/rtorrent.rc
Scroll to the bottom and add the following and replace 220.127.116.11 with your server IP:
#The ip address reported to the tracker.
network.local_address.set = 18.104.22.168
This stops rutorrent reporting a local IP to tracker.
